Exchanging postcards with people from different countries is something personal. It helps increasing the multi-cultural understanding that benefits humanity.

The pupils will learn about other places around the world and encourage their studies for Subjects English, Geography and Social Studies.
It opens their mind wider about other cultures and world awareness.

Above of all we want to build ties of friendships among all nations. Our students are the main members of this project, they will continue the care of world awareness and humanity in their future.

We accept one teacher from each country and one teacher from each US-State only!!!

HOW TO REGISTER:
- Email to apple4kim@eml.cc
 - Participants must be teachers, from homeschools or other educational institutes
- A short introduction about you and your class or child/ren.
- Your school address or a valid address.
- Your email address.


After approval all members will be informed.
A list of addresses and emails will be sent to you via email.
DO NOT DISPLAY THE ADDRESSES IN PUBLIC!

Postcard Exchange runs as "SNAIL MAIL"!

Postcard Program Guide:

Our members we are from
kindergartens
elementary/primary schools
middle schools
high schools
home-schools
adult schools

Writing Postcards:
Please choose postcards related to your city, state, culture
"or" specials (buildings, memorials, people,....).
You can either write for your class or let your students write.
Write a paragraph in easy English related to the postcards or the city your students live in or about your school.

Time:
Four reasons why this project runs as a long-term program.
-Economically disadvantaged countries, cannot find postcards easily or purchased many postcards at once
-Different countries have different time and length of holidays, depending on climate and/or religions.
-Mails could take long time to arrive far destinations or rural areas.
-It is a great task for us to find many countries in a short time.

Swaps:
It is a "one time one postcard" exchange to each of the member.
You may exchange more, if both sides agree. I'm sure some members would like to exchange more than one postcard. Feel free to email members.

If you exchange more than one, you can put all cards in an envelope, it will avoid much postal expense.

For your own convenience, don't hurry sending postcards out. Share your time!

Send members a short message when you send out cards and notice members when you receive their postcards.

NOTICE: The postal cost for mailing postcards oversea or to other countries is different from mailing in your own country. Please inform!
